Sales Representative– Tanalia LTD
Location: Poole, Dorset | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers—face-to-face, over the phone, via email, and on social media—ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and oversee the entire client journey.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, convert leads into loyal clients, and support marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Handle stock management, general office tasks, and daily/weekly reports to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Post engaging daily content, respond to inquiries, and keep our online community informed about our offerings.
  • Visiting local businesses to promote our range of products.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience (ideally 3+ years) in printing industry.
  • Able to build customer reports
  • Whether in person, on the phone, or online, you know how to connect with customers.
  • From quotations to follow-ups, you’ll juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
  • Comfortable using various IT systems to manage leads and customer data.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential and use of on car
  • This job requires 5 days a week in the office.
